The Glasgow Highlanders sent a boat load of youngsters to the State AAU Tournament this weekend in Great Falls.  The Highlanders set a NEW club RECORD sending 51 young grapplers to THE most grinding and difficult youth tournament in the State. They were joined by 88 other teams and 1335 TOTAL WRESTLERS!

**Highlanders fielded the 6th largest team in attendance, behind only Sidney, Havre, Darkhorse (Billings), Team Champs (Billings) & North Montana Wrestling Club (Great Falls).

**Highlanders finished with 23 STATE PLACERS. The second most in our storied Club History! (Including 2 State Champions and 6 State Runner-Ups)

**Highlanders Finish in 6th place overall out of 88 teams at this weekend’s TRUE STATE tournament!! We scored 430 points, finishing behind only 4 Class AA feeder programs & Sidney. 165 points ahead of the next closest Class B/C town!

The Highlanders are putting the rest of Montana on notice and are not going anywhere for years to come. Only 2 weeks left of our outstanding 2018 season. We are doing things right in our little corner of the state.  Be proud Glasgow!
