Highlanders Take Home Gold at Home Meet

2/1/20, Glasgow, MT- The Highlanders came out firing on all cylinders this past weekend at Scottie Gymnasium. 68 total Highlanders competed, with 19 champions, 10 runners up and 10 more third place winners. 8 more finished 4th. Overall the Highlanders finished with a 62% winning percentage and 79 pins. Those totals were good enough to claim the TOP team trophy in the 13 team event. The Glasgow Wrestling Club would like to thank the WHOLE community for coming out and supporting these youngsters. We’d also like to thank the countless volunteers, businesses, sponsors and the Glasgow School District for making this event possible. Without your help, we could never pull off this amazing annual event. The Highlanders travel to Huntley this weekend to compete in the Phil Schmidt Memorial Tournament.
