Practice for the 2025 Season will span from Monday, January 6th through Wednesday, April 2nd.

ALL practices will run on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at the Glasgow Wrestling Center

Red Practice (Pre-K through 2nd) 5:30-6:30

White Practice (3rd through 8th) 6:30-8:00

**Optional Wednesday White Practices will be held 4:30-6:00 PM starting on Wednesday, February 19th through Wednesday April 2nd.**
